We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring smooth race operations.

  • Registration Changes:
    Participants may make changes to their registration (such as distance or participant information) for a processing fee. All change requests must be submitted by May 31 via email to trailrailrun@gmail.com.​

​

  • Cancellations & Deferrals:
    While we do not offer cancellations or refunds, we do allow participants to defer their registration to the following year’s event, subject to a processing fee. Deferral requests must also be received no later than May 31 by emailing the race director at trailrailrun@gmail.com.

Please note: No changes or deferrals will be accepted after the May 31 deadline.
